Para los amantes de la naturaleza es donde podemos encontrar dos de los lugares claves donde visitar su belleza a pie, de manera autónoma o a través de rutas guiadas.
Encontramos por un lado, el único Parque Nacional situado en Cataluña: el Parque Nacional de Aigüestortes y el lago de Sant Maurici. Un lugar increíble, con paisajes de alta montaña y unos relieves impresionantes donde encontrar una variada flora y fauna, alimentada en gran parte por los más de 200 lagos y riachuelos que lo recorren.
Y por otro, Parque Natural del Alto Pirineo, el más grande de toda Cataluña con 80.000ha de extensión. Dentro del parque se sitúa también el pico más alto del Pirineo Catalán, la Pica d'Estats con unos 3.3143m de altura.
Pero si vuestra idea además de visitar, es conocer el territorio de una manera diferente, os recomendamos que lo hagáis desde un bote en el medio del río. ¡Es descubrir el territorio desde un punto de vista totalmente nuevo! Tanto si sois un grupo de amigos, unos románticos aventureros o una familia entera con peques, os recomendamos realizar la actividad de rafting.
En este deporte de equipo los participantes no van de manera independiente en la embarcación, como es el caso del kayak hinchable, sino que todos aportan sus fuerzas y energías en descender por el Noguera Pallaresa guiados por un profesional del río. Este, además de encontrar el punto justo de adrenalina y emoción que el equipo busque, irá descubriendo y explicando los secretos del río y su paisaje tan característico

Dare to experience the fun of whitewater! We propose an 18km descent from Llavorsí to Sort, where you can safely navigate the most classic section of river Noguera Pallaresa and feel the adrenaline rush of the different rapids.
The meeting time is at 09.50 am at our base in Sort and you will finish around 1.30 pm, back at our base. You will be about 2 hours on the river!
The Llavorsí - Sort section is a very continuous and active 18km descent, with elevation, rapids and guaranteed fun. We will start the journey in Llavorsí, a typical town in the Pyrenees, after an essential safety talk and basic practice, both given by our experienced guides. During the first kilometers, we will find a quiet descent that will allow us to adapt to the natural environment and the material. Gradually, numerous rapids will arrive that will make us enjoy ourselves and which will turn the descent into an exciting adventure. Do not miss it!

The classic Via Ferrata del Salt del Botanal adapted especially for the most adventurous families!

You will do the first stretch of the Classic Via up to the top of l'Esperó de les Bruixes. Easy, vertical and great fun!

We propose a 14km descent adapted for adults and children, from Arboló to La Figuereta, where you can navigate for more than 2 hours safely through the most spectacular stretch of river Noguera Pallaresa, Collegats Gorge, the perfect combination of fun and incredible landscapes.
The Arboló - Figuereta section is a perfect descent to start in the world of whitewaters. We will sail and enjoy an interesting section of river Noguera Pallaresa. Combining the excitement of some rapids with spectacular landscapes, at a pleasant and fun pace for both adults and children. We will learn to value and interpret nature through raft navigation, games and the multiple possibilities of fun that an activity such as rafting offers us.
The meeting time is at 2:45 pm at our base in Sort and you will finish at around 6:30 pm at our base.

An exciting activity either for those who have already gone on a canyoning descent before, or who have the minimum basic knowledge that allows them to face this challenge in a safe way.
The meeting time is at 9:00am at our base in Sort. Then, you will follow the guide's vehicle with your car to the canyon location (about 25 minutes from Sort). From the place we will leave the car parked till the entrance of the canyon, there is a 45 minutes walk (uphill) that we will do calmly. Before entering the canyon, we will equip ourselves with all the necessary material while we receive the essential safety talk, as well as the basic instructions that will allow us to move freely inside the canyon. We will descent without haste, discovering all the spots and disciplines that a canyon can offer.
An exciting descent through the most spectacular canyon in our region: Barranc de l'Infern (The Hell's Canyon), which will let us enjoy the beauty of the ravine modelled by the water over thousands of years. We will overcome the different obstacles found during the descent, such as jumps, slides, rappels, etc.

The Via ferrada del Salt del Botanal, a fun and original way to enjoy the mountain and nature from the heights!
A beautiful and well-valued via ferrata that has different areas and is located near the village of Alins, in Vall Ferrera.
It consists of 3 gradual sections that increase in difficulty progressively. You will gradually ascend to the viewpoint of Salt del Botanal to admire its wonderful views. Don't miss it!

Dare to experience an authentic expedition!! Would you like to live a great adventure full day on the river? We will pas through the entire navigable section of river Noguera Pallaresa. There are 42 kilometers with countless rapids and a great variety of landscapes.
In the morning, after the mandatory safety talk and basic practice, both given by our experienced guides, we will start the journey at the upper part of the river. We will be able to appreciate an alpine environment with a large number of exciting rapids that will follow each other continuously.
After leaving behind the town of Sort, the landscape opens up and we take the opportunity to make a stop by the river. A complete picnic will make us recharge energies to face the second half of the route. In the afternoon, back on the raft, we will navigate through whitewater areas with some of the most impressive rapids in the entire river and also calmer areas with impressive places to discover. Finally we will enjoy the impressive Collegats Gorge, a spectacular canyon with majestic walls on both sides of the river course.
The meeting time is at 10 am at our base in Sort and you will finish at 6:30 pm, back at our base.

Dare with a mountain bike descent surrounded by an authentic alpine landscape, following the course of the upper section of river Noguera Pallaresa. It is a continuous and smooth descent, that you will enjoy in a spectacular setting at your own pace. Are you going to miss it?
The activity begins with a taxi transfer to Pla de Beret, located in the neighboring region of Aran Valley, and ends in Esterri d'Àneu after having discovered a 36km route which passes through a privileged environment. It can be a half-day or a full-day activity, you decide! It is ideal to do with either the whole family or with friends as it has no difficulty. Children can take part in the route from 9 years old.
You will pass through a truly incredible and unknown area where you will enjoy the alpine landscape, lush forests as well as a visit to the Montgarri Sanctuary.
The meeting time is at 8:45am in Esterri d’Áneu and you have until 7pm to return the bikes at our base in Esterri again. We recommend you to bring a picnic lunch to enjoy this wonderful landscape during the whole day!

We offer you a fun descent in an interesting river section where you can get started in the world of whitewater and enjoy the breathtaking beauty of some spots in the Pyrenees.
We meet at 2:45 pm at our base in Sort. Once you walk through the door, let yourself go! We will equip you and transfer you to the starting point of the descent. We will start the activity under the bridge that gives access to the hermitage of Santa Maria de Arboló, after an essential safety talk and a basic practice, both given by our experienced guides.
Just when we begin to feel the first sensations on the raft, we will face "the banana", one of the best and most spectacular rapids in the area. We will also navigate known passes, such as "the curve of Baen" or "the viper" and finally we will arriva at Collegats Gorge, a spectacular canyon with majestic rocky walls on both sides of the river where we will finish this exciting adventure.

Enjoy the emotion of experiencing for the first time this type of activity with basic training and practice, which will help you in further occasions to access more difficult descents.
The meeting location is in our base in Sort at 9:30am. From there, you will follow the guide's vehicle with your car to the canyon location (about 25 minutes from Sort). From the place we will leave the car parked till the entrance of the canyon, there is a 40 minutes walk (uphill) that we will do calmly. Before entering the canyon, we will equip ourselves with all the necessary material while we receive the essential safety talk, as well as the basic instructions that will allow us to move freely inside the canyon.
The descent will last approximately for about 2 hours, accompanied at all times by our guides. We offer the perfect canyons to start with, they have a 6-meter rappel, many easy jumps and slides which end at pools of clear water.
There are several beginner level canyons in the area. Depending on the water conditions of that day, the guide will decide which one will be the most suitable.
