The Via ferrada del Salt del Botanal, a fun and original way to enjoy the mountain and nature from the heights!

A beautiful and well-valued via ferrata that has different areas and is located near the village of Alins, in Vall Ferrera.

It consists of 3 gradual sections that increase in difficulty progressively. You will gradually ascend to the viewpoint of Salt del Botanal to admire its wonderful views. Don't miss it!

WARNING: Transportation to the via ferrata location is not included.

What to bring:

Comfortable and breathable clothing
A sweater and a raincoat (in the Pyrenees the weather changes quickly)
Comfortable and closed shoes will be essential to walk safely and with the foot protected.
Accessories such as sunglasses, sun cream and a small backpack to carry water and food.

Oh! and having a good predisposition and being eager to have fun is a must.

About 3:30 hours duration to the starting point.

What happens if it rains?
La Rafting Company will study the options and will contact you if any risk can be predicted. In that event, the activity will be canceled and we will either return the amount paid or we will change the date of the activity if possible.

Cold weather is not bad weather, we consider as risky situations just the adverse weather with heavy rains and strong wind.

Who can do this activity:

Anyone over 12 years old, in good physical condition, who is able to enjoy a half-day activity and willing to have fun in the middle of nature!
