Registration of participants

Basic standards of compulsory safety compliance for participants in the activities of La Rafting Company:

1. It is completely forbidden to carry out any activity under the influence of alcohol and / or drugs.
2. The participant assumes to meet the physical and psychological conditions required to carry out the activities.
3. The participation of pregnant women is not allowed.
4. The guide reserves the right to not allow the participation of any person who does not comply with the minimum physical and psychic requirements necessary for the activity.
5. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, legal tutor or monitor who is responsible for them.
6. The company will deliver all the necessary equipment for the use of the proposed activities to the participant, said material is revised and in perfect condition. It must be used at all times during the realisation of the activities and the Non-use of it is strictly not allowed
7. The company will not be responsible for the deterioration or destruction of prostheses, glasses, lenses and / or other orthopaedic elements.
8. The company is not responsible for the deterioration or theft of personal belongings.
9. The company may use the images of the participants for advertising purposes both in their respective digital platforms (web, social networks, etc.) and by printed media such as advertising brochures, posters and / or magazines. If you do not agree, you must inform us by email.

In compliance with the provisions of the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 of Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the data you provide us will become part of a file owned by LA RAFTING COMPANY, with the purpose of sending you information by ordinary or electronic channels, related to products and services that LA RAFTING COMPANY provides, conserving them for this purpose. Yourself, as the owner of the data, give us your consent and authorization for the inclusion of them in the previously detailed file. I DECLARE TO KNOW AND ASSUME the inherent risks of the activities that I am going to carry out, being under my responsibility any possible consequence derived from the disrespect to the indications of the technicians and / or the safety norms reflected in this document, and I VOLUNTARILY ACCESS to participate in the stated activities. I COMMIT to always obey the indications of the technicians and RESPECT the environment.

I also DECLARE not to suffer any cardiovascular disease or physical injury that prevents carrying out the activities normally, having informed the corresponding technician in case of suffering any. Therefore, I EXEMPT the company that organizes the activity or any of its personnel, from any responsibility in relation to personal, material, injury or death that could happen to me due to not respecting the marked safety conditions.
